I moved to Phoenix a few months ago and had Michelle color weave and cut my hair.  I loved it.  I just returned from there right now again and my hair is better this time.  Michelle is an exceptional stylist but color is her strength also.  She makes me feel comfortable and she is easy to talk to. This salon is kinda busy. That tells me one thing: they are really good at what they do, so be sure to give them a call early for an appointment.  I only waited a few days. If you want an incredible salon experience, excellent cut and color, see Michele. She is worth any wait.  I will never go anywhere else.  See you in a few weeks!

  Best place for hair-color,  not only that but could have spent the whole day here. They do it all!!! Nails, skin,toes, hair supplies, and eyelash extensions.  Al done by experienced technicians. Very clean and customer service oriented.  I will be back.

  Here's an update from my nails. Like a week ago my sparkling polish was cracking I don't know why. Also my nail tips the gel has been coming off. Usually when I get my nails done they last a month. These barely lasted.

My nail tech was really nice though.

  So embarrassing to show the before photo  but LISA DID WONDERS FOR MY HAIR !! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she didn't even hesitate ! I waited until she got back home from vacation to get my hair done by her because my boyfriend and all his friends go to her to get there long hair done too haha , and I'm telling you it was worth the wait. Lisa worked on my hair for 5 and a half hours and was so sweet and energetic the whole time. She showed me weak spots in my hair (before we got started with anything) that I didn't notice where even there !! And was reassuring me anytime I felt self conscious. No hair dresser of mine has been as honest as Lisa was with me and it was much needed and appreciated. I highly recommend going to Lisa if you need some extra tlc , I felt SO REFRESHED and beautiful when it was all said and done and it's all thx to Lisa

  We came in with no appointment, Jackie was kind enough to squeeze me into her schedule , I came in with dark hair looking to get some highlights and make it lighter , she took her time to make sure it was perfect and no orange or yellow highlights, she did such wonderful job and was so friendly the whole time , I been to so many different hair dressers which did horrible job  and twice the price. I really recommend Jackie to trust your hair with , I definitely will be back for my touch ups and couple weeks , Great job Jackie

  Came here on May 4th at 10 am looking to get a simple bridal look for my mom because her wedding was taking place later that afternoon at 3:30 pm.
Her hair stylist was Rob and he kept saying how he was going to make her hair glamorous. Sadly he did not.
My mom wanted a simple half up half down bridal look with a braid that went back into the ponytail and even provided him with a picture of exactly what she wanted.
Rob rushed on my moms hair and I could tell he was hurting her but my mom is too nice to ever say anything. My moms curls weren't made to look like natural curls and my mom had to point out a chunk of hair he didn't curl.
Also, the braid wasn't even a braid, it was a knot. And it was held down with a lot of Bobby pins. I guess he tried to correct his work.
He kept asking if I liked it and I said yes even though I didn't. It wasn't about me it was about my mom.
When she paid and we left, she expressed to me she didn't like it but didn't want to cause a problem because we had already wasted 1 hour.
When we got home we had to fix all that Rob had done. What a bad start to an already stressful day.

  Michelle did wonders with my hair! Great environment and convenient location. I'll definitely go back.

  I went to see Stephanie for an all over color and cut. She knows her stuff and her prices are just right. It's been almost a month since I saw her and I am still receiving compliments on my hair color! I was able to show her one picture and she made a few tweaks to her base dye to compliment it and I get to reap all of the benefits! I have definitely found my hair stylist!

  I love when I can get away and go get mani/ pedis with Jessica Jacobs! The pedicure chair is in a quiet personal room away from all noise where I can truly just relax. Jessica is fun to talk to and does an amazing job on designs. My niece also goes to her regularly for acrylic nails an they are always so pretty 🙂

  I purchased a Groupon for Gel Manicure, Jessica Jacobs did bad job on my nails, left bumps, I don't know why I left tips, came home and looked at my nails... shocked!

  I was in Phoenix for a trip, Las Vegas local, and I called J Anthony Salon & Spa on a Thursday afternoon. I needed a color touch-up. The receptionist was able to get me in to see Jackie.

I let her know that I had long hair and that the appointment would take awhile.

My appointment was for 4:30. I ended up getting there early and Jackie took me at around 4:00 P.M. Jackie took a look at my hair and we had decided to go back to my natural color and do a more of a balayage - blonde color. The whole treatment took about 4 hours.

Jackie is amazing!!! She is super friendly and great to talk to. She took my hair style to the next level. Jackie did a fantastic job with my hair!! I felt so happy afterwards! She is amazing! I plan on getting touch-ups at this salon when I'm in town from Vegas! Price is a tad-expensive, but the quality is worth it!

  I went to see Jackie for a trim. I am trying to grow my hair out and wanted very little taken off and just evened out a bit. She had zero inclination to listen to me and had it set in her head the way that she wanted to cut my hair, despite me telling her what I wanted done. She was rude and extremely pushy. Considering the fact that I am growing my hair out from a prior bad cut, I made the decision to walk out before she could make my hair worse.

  Robert is the greatest! Today was my first time here and he is an expert at curly hair. He said the key is "texturing" and he is absolutely correct.  What a world of difference from my former haircut.  Will definitely be back!

  This salon is the best in town. Clean friendly and Anthony does an Amazing job ! I always recommend to my friends and no one has been disappointed.

  I asked for regular hair conditioning, but Jackie applied something else on my hair without asking me. It felt hot and tingling. She seemed annoyed when I asked to removed it. Next, she applied a minty hair mask and splashed my ears/clothes with cold water. I asked her to stop it and she justified saying I was the one moving. My hair was drier than ever! I asked her to call the supervisor and she said there wasn't one. I had to find the supervisor myself, but he basically said it's common for clients to get splashed with cold water and get treatments they don't ask for. He refused to get me another hairstylist. If a manager reads this contact me.

  Kudos to Stephanie!  I had an appointment at 430pm for cut and partial highlights that I purchased on Groupon.  She text to confirm today and I told her I was hanging out at home if she wanted me to come earlier. She text back 330pm. Right on time!   She got rid of some yellow (I'm blonde) that had been discolored from heat.  She suggested a thermal product AND a purple shampoo!  Cut and highlight color Exactly what I wanted!   I'll return for rose gold highlights in the next few weeks. Only $5 a foil!  A reminder for people using Groupon, tip accordingly to the original cost of service cause you're getting a great deal

  Nobody does blonde better than Michelle!! After an epic fail with a box of platinum blonde hair color my sweet teenage daughter was left looking like a giraffe. Michelle worked magic on her and made our mistake go away. She is a goddess and a Godsend!!  Thank you SO MUCH Michelle

  I'm in Arizona just long enough that I knew I would need a hair appt to touch up my roots during our 8 week stay.  I debated on doing the root touch up myself and just buying one from a drug store but really didn't want to mess with that.  So I read the reviews for some hair salons and found J Anthony.  My appt was with Stephanie and I couldn't be happier with the results.  She nailed the color and I had her change up my cut a little.  She is awesome and I love my hair!  Now my only challenge is trying to talk Stephanie into moving to Ohio.

  This place is awesome!! Ivett has been doing my hair for about 7 years now. She is amazing, especially to all my blondes out there. I have had my blonde hair turn all sorts of crazy colors before I found Ivett. She has learned my hair over the years and now I dont trust anyone else touching my hair. Everyone who works at the salon is so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend using J Anthony.

  Got a haircut with Rob. I'm a middle aged woman and he would not shut up about my thinning hair. Spent the entire appointment making me feel awful about aging and asking all sorts of questions about what I have done to resolve my thin hair problem. Guess what? We're supposed to age. I'm not supposed to look like I did 25 years ago. And straight men my age know that.

Ashley did a fantastic job bleaching and toning my hair. She took time to discuss what I wanted to see and made it happen. Exactly what I asked for. Everyone was great!
